We are seeking a Hospitality & Concierge Specialist with a strong commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction.
The selected candidate will act as a key point of reference for crews, yacht owners, and management companies, keeping a high-quality standards, operational efficiency, and the prestigious image of the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Reception and Assistance

• Welcome guests providing detailed information on facilities and services;
• Handle requests promptly and professionally, delivering tailored solutions;
• Maintain proactive communication to anticipate needs and resolve issues effectively;
• Coordinate bookings (accommodation, sports facilities, recreational activities);
• Support clients in sourcing temporary or permanent housing solutions;
• Arrange bespoke services (events, catering, transportation, curated experiences).

2. Event Coordination

• Plan and supervise social and recreational events;
• Manage budgets and suppliers, ensuring quality and operational efficiency;
• Promote initiatives among crews and encourage active participation.

3. Maintenance Oversight

• Monitor maintenance activities across the Waterfront Marina;
• Coordinate routine and extraordinary maintenance interventions;
• Liaise with suppliers and technical partners to ensure consistently high standards.

4. Administrative Support

• Manage documentation and activity reports;
• Maintain accurate records and archives;
• Prepare periodic reports for management, including client feedback.

Requirements

• Fluent English (minimum C1 level); additional languages are considered a plus;
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles (marinas, event companies, hospitality, yachting, or high-end service environments);
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills;
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments;
• Proficiency in IT tools.
