We are seeking a highly motivated professional to take on a key coordination role, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments, while managing the administrative side of projects with precision and efficiency.
In this position, you will act as the central point of contact between clients, Project Managers, and internal teams (administration, purchasing, sales), guaranteeing order, accuracy, and continuity throughout the entire project workflow.
Main tasks:
- Administrative management of projects throughout all phases;
- Issuing invoices and overseeing project progress;
- Coordinating customs-related aspects of projects;
- Monitoring purchases and payments, working closely with other business areas;
- Managing client relationships, primarily in English;
- Maintaining continuous communication with Project Managers to align on activities and objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in languages, economics, management, or related fields;
- Solid experience in administrative or project management roles (minimum 2–3 years, ideally 5+);
- Fluent English (advanced level), both written and spoken, for daily interaction with international clients;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with different stakeholders;
- Accuracy, organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
