???? Contract Details: Fixed-term seasonal contract from May 1st to October 31st, 2026.
Location: Genova, Bolzaneto.
What You’ll Do
- Order Management – Review and check orders with the back office to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collect the goods from suppliers, GDO and shops.
- Quality Control – Assess product quality based on whether the order is for crew or guests, ensuring the highest standards.
- Purchasing & Supplier Coordination – Visit suppliers, identify product availability, coordinating with the other drivers.
- Delivery & Logistics – Manage purchases efficiently, organize deliveries, and handle returns or product replacements when required.
- Stock & Invoice Handling – Track missing items, deliver invoices and receipts to the back office, and assist with restocking.
- Vehicle Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and order of company vehicles, ensuring regular checks and maintenance.
- Occasional Delivery Role – Assist with deliveries to yachts, check order integrity, and communicate any issues or delays to the back office.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English – Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and clients.
- Experience in Logistics, Purchasing, or Food Retail – Preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar sector.
- Attention to Detail – Ensuring product quality and correct handling of orders.
- Problem-Solving & Teamwork – Ability to coordinate with colleagues and adapt to changing demands.
- Driver’s License (B) with Van Driving Experience – Prior experience driving vans is required.
- Availability & Flexibility – Willing to adjust to seasonal workload and urgent requests.
